Adding a service to HantsFish

HantsFish collects its information from a variety of different sources.

  • Community and voluntary organisations, including charities clubs and support groups use the e.VOLve directory. (The records then feed into HantsFish).
  • Hampshire County Council and district councils use the Catalogue of Services. Entries can be added by contacting childrens.services.enquiries@hants.gov.uk.
  • The Hampshire Children's Information Service (CIS) collects and maintains childcare data. If you are a Hampshire Childcare Provider, but can not find your details on HantsFish, please contact the Early Education and Childcare Unit on 01962 813887 to check that your up to date details are held. These will automatically feed into HantsFish.
  • Organisations that do not fall into these categories (for example, commercial services for families and children) can be added into HantsFish directly by using the online form.
